RPO Firm Acknowledged by HRO Today
Many companies on the market for a recruitment process outsourcing firm prefer to go with providers who have been recognized by the industry through awards. Since many of these accolades are given based on customer satisfaction and number of clients, awards tend to show which RPO firms are successful at providing good service. Recently HRO Today Magazine released it’s 13 top firms for recruitment outsourcing and Futurestep was proud to make it into the top five.
According to a press release, Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company, made the industry-wide known “Baker’s Dozen List” for its superb talent acquisition solutions. In order to create this list HRO Today Magazine surveys RPO buyers and experts. Where a provider ranks on the list is based on quality and breadth of service and size of deals. For the 2009 list Futurestep has found itself among the top five on the Enterprise RPO providers list, which says a good deal about the company’s growth and it’s ability to satisfy customers’ needs. On top of this, Futurestep has been named one of the top three global recruitment process outsourcing solutions providers.
“Futurestep’s evolution and ascent continues as they have once again improved their ranking on the HRO Today RPO Baker’s Dozen Enterprise Providers list,” said HRO Today Magazine’s CEO Elliot Clark in a recent statement. “Futurestep has a clearly defined strategy and execution, excellent leadership and great customer service. Their global infrastructure allows them to compete for cross continental programs and they are well positioned to compete for any upcoming RPO engagement that is in the market.”
Futurestep’s Chief Executive Officer Robert McNabb also feels that making the list says a lot of about what the company provides its users.
“The Baker’s Dozen listing reflects the perspective of buyers who are reaching for more value and business impact from their RPO partners,” said McNabb. “As companies re-examine their talent strategies and prepare for tomorrow’s needs, RPO offers a flexible, cost-effective approach to competing for talent. It encompasses excellence in recruitment resources, a truly global footprint, and a focus in critical areas such as employment branding, workforce planning and talent strategy. Futurestep is proud to be able to help its clients address these needs through its RPO solutions, and we’re committed to the continuous innovation that is essential to delivering core business value.”
HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen List appeared in the magazine’s July/August issue. The same edition will also feature a case study by Futurestep’s client, Itron, which is a leading technology provider ito the global energy and water industries.
